What can you do to support the work of People not Borders?

  1. Keep up to date with our current appeals and donate something (via the box at the back of St Peter’s). At the moment we are collecting NEW items for Smiley Bags for children in Syria, and tents, sleeping bags and waterproof winter clothes for France.

  2. Buy our fundraising book ‘I am me’ * and/or vote for it in the People’s Book Prize: https://peoplesbookprize.com/summer-2018/i-am-me/ but only up to 30th September 2018 when voting closes. If you like our book (and you can see and hear most of it in the film on the page) ask friends and family to vote too.

  3. Come to our fundraising concert, Berko Rocks, on 14th November: https://berkorocks.co.uk/ * Don’t be put off by the verb – there’s only one loud band and the music represents many genres inc classical guitar, solo indie folk and jazz. Display a FLYER and encourage others to come along too. It will be an extraordinary night.

  4. Tell friends/work/school/church/synagogue etc about us and what we are appealing for.

  5. Raise some money for us as an individual or group (bake, knit, climb, run…).

  6. Donate money via the Donate button on our Facebook page or website.
